"I have the flattest of flat feet. I am also quite heavy. Being 59 years of age, I have tried every type of arch support that you can imagine. I have had molds of my feet made by orthopedists who then made arch supports based on those molds...simply put, terrible. They just copied a bad foot, which of course became a bad arch support and they always took up a lot of space in my shoes. Insoles are the answer to my feet prayers. They worked perfectly. When I get the right shoes, put in my insoles, all pain is gone. They take up little or no room in my shoes. They are comfortable, soft, and work. Since you adjust them yourself, you get them to work perfectly with a little trial and error. Different shoes need different levels of support, which insoles offer. The idea is so simple, I don't know why no one ever thought of this before."
